Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your shoes! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Regular-price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an in store credit or exchange.  

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with the original shoe box and packaging included. Shoes may be tried on indoors only. We cannot accept returns on shoes that show signs of wear, including worn soles, scuffs, dirt, or other damage.

Sale & Clearance Merchandise

All sale, clearance, and final-sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.  However, if it is a sizing issue and we still have the same shoe in stock of the size you need, we are happy to make that exchange.  

Online Returns

For online purchases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ship footwear in a protective outer shipping box. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the original shoe box.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective or we send you the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.

A Note About Shoe Fit

We are happy to help you find the right size and fit before your purchase. Because fit can vary by brand and style, please contact us if you have questions about sizing. Once shoes have been worn outside, they cannot be returned.

Policy Exceptions

Soles of Athens reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
